About The Workshop

I have made over 30 investments in the past 16 years - all using my own capital.

However, I recently acquired a chain of stores that has been operating for the past 20 years. It was consistently generating $1.7M in revenue and net profit was 10%. The business was not distressed. I purchased this business for $1...yes, you are reading this correctly...$1. The vendor was actually very happy. This was a bit of an 'Ah ha' moment for me - that it is really not imperative to use any of your own capital (or take any personal risk) in order to buy profitable companies.

This is a highly transferrable skill set and I can show people how to do this themselves.
